Chicken Processing (part 1)

As many long-time readers of this newsletter know, chicken processing has been quite hard to come by over the years. We have hauled chickens out of state in just about every direction. This morning I'll be taking chickens to a new processor inside the state of Georgia. Whoo-hoo. Hopefully we will be able to build a good relationship with these folks, and the processing challenges will be a thing of the past. I'll be sure to give you a full report as we see the results.
