Once again I find myself hauling chickens on the morning that I normally write the email. But hey, the title is "On the Farm" right. This morning I'm leaving with the next batch of chickens. Processing poultry has been a constant struggle. This year we are using a processor in Alabama, and there is a new one over near Loganville that we will probably check out before the end of this year. It's still not easy, and it's still pretty expensive, but the options are better than they have ever been.
