Exciting New Projects!

Several exciting new projects are in the works here at the farm. Some are a year out, some are a few months away, and some are hopefully happening soon. Since I can't share any of the longer-term plans right now, I am gonna let it slip what my sweet wife is up to. A couple of years ago, she determined to figure out sourdough bread making. Like everything she dedicates herself to, she excelled. We have been enjoying fresh loaves of bread and these amazing bagels ever since. She recently shared with me that she would like to offer some of her baked goods to our farm customers. Of course, I encouraged that (y'all can thank me later). Before I knew it, she had submitted the application for her cottage industry license. As soon as the application is approved and our inspection is complete, you will see her products show up online. Of course, I'll tell you here as well because I am so proud of her. Almost two years ago, she left her career at the local hospital to come here and work with me at the farm full-time. That was a dream of ours. This bread business and the other ventures that are upcoming is a continuation of that dream. We look forward to sharing all of it with you. Producing food that is local, clean, delicious, and nutritious is the throughline of our lives. Having a great community of customers to share it with is the cherry on top.
