A Weekend Trip

This past weekend was my sweet wife Julie's birthday. This summer was a mess with the wrecked delivery vans and employee turnover, so we never got to take a family vacation all summer. Julie is always up for an adventure, so we decided to make a long weekend family trip for her birthday. We made our way to Washington D.C. where we saw all the sights including the National Christmas Tree (pictured), and attended a performance of "A Christmas Carol" at Ford's Theater. It is always hard to leave the farm, but some things are just worth celebrating. I will always celebrate this fine lady. Happy Birthday Julie. I love you, and we love you.
