Is this not the cutest turkey tender you've ever seen? We used to call her Baby Wren because she is our youngest (and last) child. A year or so ago she requested that we drop the "baby" moniker, and as much as pains us to admit it, shes right. She's not a baby any longer. She is a beautiful and very helpful little girl. Right now her favorite chore is helping me tend to the turkeys. At this stage in their growout, the turkeys must be moved every day. By moving them they gain access to a fresh batch of grass and bugs, but are still protected from predators. This process involves attaching a chain to the mobile poultry shelter and pulling it forward very slowly with the tractor. Wren helps by hooking the chain and then standing beside the house and letting me know when I have it pulled completely onto fresh grass. It saves me several times of climbing on and off the tractor, which I am very thankful for. After the house is moved forward we add fresh water and feed, then off to the next one. Right now there are six of these houses full of turkeys. You can reserve one of your own, the "turkey deposit" product is now available on the website. Add one to your cart whenever you order and we will reach out as the time gets closer to get your size preference and delivery window.
