Last year our friends at Beech Creek Farm had virtually all their peaches wiped out by a random late frost. Similarly, Our friends at Sweet Velo Blue also had their blueberry crop wiped out by a late freeze. Sadly, we didn't get either last year. 2021 was just kind of weird like that. I think I even wrote a blog post titled "A Fruitless Season". Well, I'm glad to announce that 2022 is totally normal... Okay, well... 2022 may not be totally normal, but at least I can say that we have peaches online right now. Blueberries are being harvested as I type. They will be included in the vegetable share. Depending on how many are harvested, they could also show up online later today. In a sometimes chaotic world, I'm glad to bring you the news that totally normal fruits are available at their totally normal time. Enjoy.
