Turkeys are Almost Ready

Turkeys have kept us busy for the last few months, and they are getting ready for a trip to the processor. The cooler weather will help them finish out their growth and get ready for your Thanksgiving table. At this stage they have a very healthy appetite and eat literally tons of feed. Local and NON-GMO feed is not cheap and that's the primary reason we take $30 deposits on these birds, to help cover the feed cost until they are ready to be sold. If you plan to have one of these beautiful birds on you table this fall I would like to ask you to reserve one. We normally sell out, and it will help us keep the feed bill under control. You will not regret it, as these are moist, delicious, non-GMO, humanly raised free range birds that spent their entire life on our farm.
